This is an approx. 2,000 SF Pediatric dental office space with 5 dental Operatories. The client’s philosophy of a separate Check-in entry and Check-out exit works very well here. There is an entry/exit vestibule from which one interior door leads to the Check-in area and another interior door exits from the Check-out area providing a very clear traffic delineation pattern. A pre-sedation room for kids makes their transition to the dental operatory rooms a lot easier. This has proven to be a successful office for the client and was completed in 2012.
