This 5,000 SF Orthodontic office is our firm’s single largest dental office completed to date. The office has 17 dental operatories and is located in a stand-alone 1 story building in Denver. A large Waiting area accommodates approx. 30-35 people. The building is rectangular shaped with the operatories located on the long sides of the rectangle and natural windows providing ample daylight. Several of the shared services like the Sterilization, Lab and the Business offices are located in the middle portion of the long rectangle enabling easy access to these services from the operatories. This project was completed in early’ 2013.
