• The presence or absence of natural windows also has an impact on the overall space design and functionality. The basic effort is to always design the Dental Specific areas first like the X-rays, dental Operatories, Hygiene bays, Lab, Sterilization etc. Then the Business Manager areas, restrooms, Mechanical Equipment space etc. get designed. We measure every existing space thoroughly before starting the proposed office space layout, to minimize any dimensional discrepancies during construction.
• A Mechanical/Plumbing engineer and an Electrical Engineer always accompanies us on the initial site visit to understand the existing conditions thoroughly.
• We stay with you throughout the construction process of 9-11 weeks depending upon the size of the project until you are open for business. We follow up after you are open on a regular basis.
