The exterior upgrades can be accomplished by removing the existing exterior cladding materials and recladding with new materials. Or existing materials remain in place and they can be repaired, patched and repainted to provide a clean and crisp appearance.
The vast majority of projects fall in the category where you lease an existing space and wish to build it out per your requirements. We will demolish the existing finishes, wall partitions, ceilings, if any. The existing concrete floor will need to be sawcut to put in underground plumbing and electrical chases. HVAC units and electrical service may need to be upgraded depending on the age of the units and building.

In this type of project, you will be deciding to keep the existing office running while you remodel. Generally, this might involve remodeling a portion of your existing office or you may have just acquired a new adjacent space that has become available. Depending on the project goals, you can finish the interior build out of the newly acquired space first in order to get it operational. You can then move your operations to this space and then the GC can go to work on your previously existing space and finish the interior build –out. This way, the entire office renovation is now complete and you may have just doubled your space.
