This is a long and narrow 2,100 SF Pediatric dental office space with (6) dental operatory areas. The waiting area accommodates approx. 10 people. A central hallway serves spaces on either side and the Medical gas closet is located at the rear staff entrance and exit allowing for easy access to replace the gas tanks. The project was completed in early 2011 and has proven to be a very successful office for the owner.
